.     March 30th, 2003 - Kate's Playgroup Birthday

Last Sunday we attended a birthday party for all the kids in Kate's playgroup. It was a pot-luck affair hosted by Yvette in their home near our place. Here are some pictures from the event. A couple of weeks late, but finally I have the pictures from Kate's first birthday party. Thanks to Kate's Grandparents and Aunt and Uncle for making the trip. .     March 23rd, 2003 - Lynn's Baby Shower

Our house was the scene of Lynn's baby shower last week. Lisa and Christine organised this event and according to Lisa there were about 15 people lined up to play silly games and shower Lynn with gifts. All the guys and kids went to the man shower which I think was much more fun. -Andrew

.     March 19th, 2003 - Andrew's Birthday in Algonquin

For my birthday we went back up to the Blue Spruce Inn, to check out the park at the end of March. The weather was so-so but it was still a nice getaway before Kate started daycare and Lisa started back to work. Here are some pictures. -Andrew

.     January 7th, 2003 - The gang goes to Algonquin

Last weekend we managed to get six couples together for a little January sojourn back at the Blue Spruce near Algonquin's west gate. We had tonnes of food and drink (Brian brought a "Bubba of beer"). On the Saturday we took in a couple of the trails which were beautiful with just the right coverage of snow for hiking. Here are some pictures from the weekend.
